The Fox’s Wedding
Song and PV: Masa
Subbing: Despair Media
Author’s Note:
They were doomed to never meet.
It was also said that her parents pampered her so much she turned mad.
The truth? Nobody knows.

THERE WE GO. Here it is! It would’ve been out sooner, but I had Thursday and Friday off of school last week. So yeah. This was fun to translate! I… had forgotten how disturbing it was. I guess The Spider and the Kitsune-Like Lion desensitized me or something. No idea.
NEXT PROJECT; KAGEROU! I know, there’s already translations and stuff out there but like. I don’t care. It’s good practice, and this way I can kinda check for mistakes. Fight me.

TL Notes:
A daimyo was a powerful political figure in feudal Japan.
A torii is that arch thing seen in the video. It’s also originating from feudal Japan, and associated heavily with the spirit world.
The line “Don’t bring an umbrella” comes from the Japanese tradition of a bride taking a decorative umbrella to her wedding.
Lyrics:
Ah, Kitsune-san
Don’t bring an umbrella.
Hurry, hold my feelings together
A daimyo’s funeral.
Corpses guarding the gates.
“Open, please? Open, please?”
The fox’s wedding,
Let us leave to find
I, who was lost instead of you
Behind this torii lies my body and
The daimyo’s funeral, the corpse guards.
Hey, hey, can you laugh, let me see you laugh?
Stop it, stop it
It hurts
Your words are so kind, they lead
To an embarrassing start.
Aaaa, it hurts
Aaaa, help me
I dislike the pain, so I’ll accept you
Born into the capital, I was bound and brought up
Who knows how many years went by — By then, I’d
Been played with, I’d degraded and devoured humans
Who knows how many years went by — On my birthday
I found you, and felt so strongly
“I want to eat you, I want to eat you, I so want to eat you”
I seduced you with my body,
And where I nibbled, I devoured
Come here, come here, come here to me
I sleep where Lady Kitsune sleeps.
You touch my body,
And in your excitement, hold yourself to me
Climax, pleasure, everything blurs together
I too become aroused, and rip you to pieces
Ears, nose, eyes, I leave your intestines for last
Tasty, tasty, oh-so-tasty.
You and I have truly become one
Sucking off your bones, I’ll love you.
Come, come, welcome, to the brute’s nadir
You’re the lead actor, the new tome for dissection.
The fox’s wedding, hand me the umbrella
Hurry, hold my feelings together
The gates of death, the corpses.
“Open, please? Open, please?”
Ah, Kitsune-san
Don’t bring an umbrella.
Let us uncover the lost road to your love
Behind this torii lies my body and
The daimyo’s funeral, the corpse guards
Hey, hey, can you laugh, are you going to impale me?
Stop it, stop it
It feels so good
In exchange for all of me:
The dancing girl you turned away, she is kidnapped and delighted
And will live the rest of her life in Rashou
“Oh, living corpse, let us return them all.”
It’s okay, don’t talk. If you talk, I’ll kill you.
“Oh, princess, you’re safe. We’re here.”
Come here, come here, come here to me
I sleep where the Kitsune-san sleeps.
My heart belongs to you
In exchange, your body belongs to me
Climax, pleasure, everything blurs together
I’m starting to get excited
Liver, stomach, I leave your intestines for last
Tasty, tasty, oh-so-tasty
There’s not enough of your body left
Now, who will I feast on next?
It’s okay, don’t talk. If you talk, I’ll kill you.
Understood, master. As you wish.
{Ah, Kitsune-san
Don’t bring an umbrella.
Hurry, hold my feelings together
A daimyo’s funeral.
Corpses guarding the gates.
“Open, please? Open, please?”
Ah, Kitsune-san
Don’t bring an umbrella.
Let us uncover the lost road to your love
Behind this torii lies my body and
The daimyo’s funeral, the corpse guards}
I am the mosquito; Your wound
Will be sucked like a mosquito
Love me, love me, love me, love me
Somehow my body gets hotter and hotter
I am the mosquito; Your wound
Will be sucked like a mosquito
Love me, love me, love me, love me
Why not? Forgive me, hurt me, come back to me.
The beheading dance’s final list:
Ripped to shreds, sucked, to completed the promise (curse?)
What’s wrong? Why are you sad?
So, you’ve finally realized my true colors?
You made me like this.
I want to eat, to eat, I want to eat lots.
My last look at a human heart,
I will bare and take and return to Lady Kitsune
{CHORUS}
Received in exchange for our lost bodies,
Our love — Black, and half-dream, half-awake,
“Embrace me one last time,” I whisper to you
“Open? Open? Open? Open me?”
Ah, Kitsune-san
Don’t bring an umbrella.
Let us uncover the lost road to your love
Behind this torii lies my body and
The daimyo’s funeral, the corpse.
